I can design and manufacture any macrame product, in any colour of your choosing. Contact me for a quote please! Special colours will need to be ordered in.

We accept:

• Credit Card Payments via YOCO
• EFT Payments

The products on my website are hand-crafted and custom made to order. The lead times are indicated on each individual product. 5 working days is a good estimate for plant hangers, wall hangings, bags and other custom items. I usually keep stock of natural colours, so please get in touch if you have any concerns.

If i do not have your chosen colour in stock, the colour yarn will need to be ordered, which can take 2-3 working days to arrive. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.

I am based in the Sandton area of Johannesburg, South Africa. My work can viewed at Field Market in Parkmore, once a month.

Due to the handmade and artisan nature of the work, all sales are final – returns and exchanges are not possible.

Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Customer satisfaction with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance to me. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns prior to ordering. I am more than happy to send photos on WhatsApp of the different colours and products.

If a product is damaged during transport, we will happily arrange an exchange free of charge.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sofiartemacrame.com

We only Ship within South Africa and offer 3 shipping options:

• PostNet to PostNet Branch. We ship from the PostNet Broadacres branch in Johannesburg. Delivery can take anything from 2-5 working days to your nearest PostNet branch, depending on your location.
• Pudo Locker by Courier Guy: We can ship to locker, at a flat rate of R60.00. You will have 36 hours to collect the parcel.
• Courier Guy Door to Door Delivery: We can ship via Courier Guy Economical Option, which takes anything from 3 – 7 working days depending on your location. Flat rate courier fee of R250.00
• Collect at a Market: You can find us at Field Market in Parkmore, Johannesburg, once a month.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking info. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. SofiArte Macrame is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes, late deliveries, or delays beyond our control.

My products can be viewed at Field Market in Parkmore, where I exhibit once a month.

Furthermore, I can communicate with you over WhatsApp, via video or send you photos of the work.

By gently brushing your macrame fringes on a regular basis, you can keep them looking neat and tidy while also prolonging the life of your macramé piece.
