Order Processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card Payments via YOCO
  • EFT Payments

Shipping

We only Ship within South Africa and offer 3 shipping options:

  1. PostNet to PostNet Branch. We ship from the PostNet Broadacres branch in Johannesburg. Delivery can take anything from 2-5 working days to your nearest PostNet branch, depending on your location.
  2. Pudo Locker by Courier Guy: We can ship to locker, at a flat rate of R60.00. You will have 36 hours to collect the parcel.
  3. Courier Guy Door to Door Delivery: We can ship via Courier Guy Economical Option, which takes anything from 3 – 7 working days depending on your location. Flat rate courier fee of R250.00

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking info. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. SofiArte Macrame is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes, late deliveries, or delays beyond our control.

Order Lead-Time

Since all my work is made-to-order, lead time differs per design/size. Processing times can be found in all listing descriptions. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns

Customer satisfaction with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance to me. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns and we will work to find a solution as best we can.

Due to the handmade and artisan nature of the work, all sales are final – returns and exchanges are not possible. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

We only replace items if they are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sofiartemacrame.com. If a product is damaged during transport, we will happily arrange an exchange free of charge.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sofiartemacrame.com.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sofia Mascaro, SofiArte, Postnet Broadacres.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
